Does delivery include placement in my home?

• Premium Curbside: This is the cost-effective shipping option. This includes a lift gate for residential delivery, full shipping insurance in transit, and scheduled deliveries.
• White Glove Delivery: provides a premium level of service. This includes everything in premium curbside delivery plus two movers to bring the unit to your preferred location, unbox it and removing packaging materials. It does not include, water filling, or power connection.

How quick and easy is setup?

Your Fire Cold Plunge arrives fully assembled. Place it where you want, fill it with water, plug it into a standard outlet, set your desired temperature and you’re ready to go.

How long does it take to cool down?

The Fire Cold Plunge maintains your temperature on a daily basis for months. Regarding the initial cooldown, on average, it takes 12-24 hours to reach the desired temperature, with an average cooling rate of 1-2°F per hour. The cooling rate of your plunge can vary depending on several factors, including the initial water temperature, the desired target temperature, and the water volume. However, this rate may slow down at higher starting temperatures and speed up as the water cools..

Can the Fire Cold Plunge be used indoors or outdoors?

Yes. It’s built for both indoor and outdoor environments, with materials that handle weather exposure while maintaining performance. If placing it outdoors, we recommend placing it out of direct sunlight.

What are the electrical requirements?

Requires a normal 110 V US household outlet. It uses less than 3 amps and does not require a dedicated circuit. We provide you with a GFCI outlet extension as well that can plug into any outlet, including a GFCI protected wall outlet.

Is maintenance difficult?

Not at all. Routine care involves a quick skimming, filter rinses, and occasional water treatment. The Ember Chill cleaning agent makes sanitation easy without heavy chemicals.

To maintain clean water in your plunge, follow these simple steps:

• Use the plunge skimmer thoroughly after each session to remove debris.
• Change the water about every 1-3 months or as needed.
• Clean filter every 1-2 weeks with hot water and soap.
• Replace filter every 2-3 months or as needed.
