Cold Plunge Orders
Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is treated as a return under our Return and Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders follow the same terms. You can cancel before shipment for a $200 cancellation fee.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or change a subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges. Orders already shipped follow our Return and Refund Policy.
