By accessing or using this product, you agree to be bound by this Product Notice and the Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
The terms “you” and “your” refer to the purchaser and/or user of this product. Before using this equipment, read all instructions, understand all warnings, and evaluate the risks. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.
This product is intended only for cold-water immersion and related applications described in the User Manual. Do not use this product for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these instructions. You are responsible for your safety and actions.

INSTALLATION WARNINGS
You are responsible for safe installation, operation, and upkeep of this product. This includes:

Installing according to local building and electrical codes.

Connecting only to a circuit protected by a GFCI.
-
Keeping all electrical plugs and outlets away from water, rain, sprinklers, flooding, and wet surfaces.
-
Using a dedicated GFCI breaker for this product.

Disconnecting power before cleaning, servicing, or opening any component.
-
Never cutting, modifying, or replacing the power plug.
-
Never opening the pump housing or electrical components unless specifically allowed in the User Manual.

Immediately unplugging the unit if abnormal water leakage occurs.

Never operating the unit if the cord, plug, or components are damaged.

Providing strict supervision when used by or around children.

Preventing contact with moving parts.
-
Never pulling the plug by the cord.

Elevating plugs and cords so they are not sitting on a wet floor.
WATER SANITATION & MAINTENANCE
You are responsible for keeping the water clean and safe.

Replace the filter at least once per month.
-
If no chemicals are used, change water twice per month.
-
If chemicals are used, monitor and maintain proper water chemistry.

Follow the User Manual for maintenance instructions.
Ozone Safety
Some units include an ozone generator.
-
Ozone is a gas that may cause eye, nose, throat, and lung irritation.
-
Install the product in a well-ventilated area.
-
Ozone should only operate when the space is unoccupied.
-
After ozone operation, wait 30 minutes before allowing people or pets to enter the area.

This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised by a responsible adult.
This product is not intended for:

Supervise children at all times. Children must not clean or maintain the product.
DANGER: DROWNING HAZARD
Risk of Serious Injury or Death
Cold plunge tubs pose a real drowning risk. To reduce danger:

Never leave children unattended near the product.
-
Keep the cover secured when not in use.
-
Restrict access with a barrier or fence if children are present.
-
Always supervise inexperienced or physically limited users.
-
Never use the product under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-
Enter and exit slowly; cold water can cause shock, lightheadedness, or loss of coordination.

Know your limits and consult a doctor if you have health concerns.

Learn CPR.
DANGER: ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD

Install at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from all metal objects, walls, and surfaces.

Do not allow any electrical appliance within 5 feet (1.5 m) of the plunge unless powered by 12 VDC or less.

The electrical supply must include a properly rated GFCI circuit breaker.

The disconnect must be readily accessible and visible to the occupant—but installed at least 5 feet (1.5 m) away.

Always unplug the unit before servicing.
WARNING: HYPOTHERMIA RISK

Never use water below 37°F (2.7°C).
-
First-time users should limit sessions to one minute.
-
Experienced users should not exceed 10 minutes.
-
Do not use if experiencing dizziness, chest pain, palpitations, or lightheadedness.
-
Avoid alcohol, drugs, stimulants, sedatives, and medications that impair judgment or circulation.

Exit immediately if uncomfortable.
DANGER: ENTRAPMENT HAZARD

Never leave children or pets near the product.

Keep lid stays and safety mechanisms in place.
-
Inspect lids, hinges, and drains regularly.
-
Keep drain covers installed and in good condition.

If someone becomes entrapped:

Turn off pumps or suction systems

Call emergency services immediately

This appliance is not designed for storing food or beverages.
