Yes, I provide a 1-year warranty on the whole plunge and all the parts which covers any mechanical or structural defect, there is also a 3-5 year warranty available through our underwriter so you are fully covered and confident. All parts are easily replaceable and come with video instructions.

Unlike big chillers, all parts are designed to be modular, and are easily replaced. If a part is needed, we send out a new part under warranty with a easy video of how to swap it out.
